Beloved daughter of the late George and Jenny. Deeply loved wife of Boof. Cherished mum and mother-in-law of Jendi and Billy, Shay and Annabel, and Jade. Adored sister of Raymond and Trish*. Devoted fur-mum to Floyd, who will miss her dreadfully. Loving grandma of Levi and Kiriama, Josh and Meg, Shaquille and Lilly, Keahn and Jorjah, Soul and Madison, and Izayah; treasured great grandma to Niwa, Nui, and Chicago. The family sincerely thank the Hospice staff for the care, love, and support shown throughout Elaine’s illness. A service to celebrate Elaine’s life will be held at The Salvation Army, 20 Victoria Street, Invercargill, on Saturday 17th January 10.00 am, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Southland would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Your baking was out the gate, we’d all brag when we got to try something. My favourite was always your marshmallow slice. Aunty, you have been an ever-present smile and light in our world. I know Nan and Pop will be so happy to greet you, Nan’s biscuit jars will be full, and Pop will have a pot on.
