Passed away peacefully on Saturday 14th of May 2022, with Jo by his side, after a courageous fight.
Very much loved soulmate of Jo.
Treasured Dad and father-in-law of Jesse and Mel, Dean and Melissa, Dylan and Jamie.
Adored Grandfather of Keenan, Ella, Lucah, Roman, Aubrey, and Alex.
Much loved son and son-in-law of Lindsay and Paulette, Francis and Ken, Kevin and Maureen.
Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Robert and Lisa, Mark and Paula, and *Steven.
Much loved 'brother from another mother' of Jack.
A private cremation will be held.
A memorial service for Shane will be held in the future.
Many thanks to the Oncology staff at Dunedin and Southland Hospitals, District Nurses, Hospice Southland, and the Toi Toi Tokanui Lions Club who have helped Shane through his journey.
