To Ededrie, Derek, Grant and families. We were very saddened to hear of Wes's passing.
I always knew Wes to be a loving, caring gentleman, who adored his family.
My family's association and friendship with the Winwood family began in the 60's at Waimahaka, then later at Wright's Bush.
My parents, with Wes and Ededrie would catch up on election nights and 'right the wrongs' of our country and the world.
As kids, we loved staying at the Winwoods.
On behalf of the Rewi whanau (Invercargill and Auckland)), we are thinking of you at this sad time and send our deepest condolences.
Rest in peace, Wes.
