Passed away peacefully aged 43 surrounded by love on Friday 26th January 2024.
A much-loved mother to Matthew, Jack, and Ryan.
Dearly loved daughter of Jack Hoogeveen and Mary Forrest.
Loved Sister, Sister-in-law, Aunty, and dear friend to many.
A memorial service will be held at Ascot Park Hotel on Sunday 18th of February, commencing at 10 am
In place of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Southland and may be left at the service.
We thank Hospice Southland for their amazing care of Teresa.

Teresa the world has lost a bubbly passionate person and dedicated mum who obviously adored her boys to bits! Enjoyed knowing you and sending love and thoughts to Matthew, Jack and Ryan at this very sad time!

Teresa, I met you at Sacred Heart School and then again relief teaching at several others. We always loved a good chat and catch-up when bumping into each other. You were one amazing teacher, so bubbly and the kids loved you. I will always remember you for wearing your gorgeous brightly coloured dresses and your beautiful smile.

I met Teresa through Family Works when I was looking at the Big Buddy Programme and although I did not have a long relationship with her, the time I did have left a huge impression on me. She was such a bubbly, bright, wonderful lady and I can only imagine how much you all will the loss of losing her way too soon.
