That was a truly inspiring tribute and memorial service for Sam. Wally, it must be so comforting to know what rich whanau connection and support you have. To Wally and family. We first met Sandy when we joined the RNZN together in Feb 1980. Sandy (as we knew her then) was a very determined born leader. A fierce competitor during all our training and much loved and respected. We are very saddened by Sandy’s untimely passing. Our thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.
