Grandad, you have left a huge hole in many hearts especially mine and the wee man's. He adored his grandad so much, his face used to light up when he saw you. Thank you for everything you've done for me and Mum over the many years. You were like a father figure I never had. We love you grandad ❤️ forever yaky daa

So many years ago - we laughed with you and Lila. Now, sadly, you may meet again. I have fond memories of your beaut Holden and the stories you told about the wharves at Bluff. RIP Rex. Condolences to Sharon and Bronwyn, my second cousins, and to the rest of the family I never met.

I could not have had a better father-in-law in my life than Rex. For over 50 years you have been there to help me in whatever capacity I needed and I am proud that I was able to return the favours by buying you oysters and building your aviary at Vickery Court which is a lasting monument to you.
Rest in Peace, I will miss you.
