Hi there,
I was an old friend of Marks or shags as we called him, many many years ago - late 80s early 90's, in good old Invercargill.
I remember him as an absolutely top bloke, who cared for everyone and always had a smile going.
Champion of a man!!!!
My heartfelt sympathies to his wife, son and all the Shanks family.

Dear Kelly and Joseph, I am sad to hear Mark has passed away. I worked with him a lot over the 15 years I was at Alliance, he was a good guy who loved his family, having Joseph was such a proud day and I always enjoyed Mark talking his son he was such a proud dad.
He will be greatly missed.
