Sending the family of Jan my deepest sympathy. I am saddened to read of her passing, she was a good Art Hub friend to me and we shared many a good chat and I admired her ability with creating her wonderful pottery and artwork. May she rest in peace. I know you will all miss her very much. Take care.

So saddened to hear of Jan's death. Her passion for life and people was very evident, especially in her passion for pottery and sharing her knowledge and skills with all ages. Her determination and perseverance to make things happen for the artists and artisans in Fiordland over the years has borne much fruit. My love to you Des and your family at this time and in the days ahead. Thanks for the cup and bowls Jan. Arohanui Jenny, Tama and Zeke.
