Died 01 October 2023, with family at her side, after a long battle with Dementia.

Loved wife of Peter for 58 years. Beloved Mum and mother-in-law to Katie and Grant, Jeremy and Amina.

Loving Nana to Daniel and Trish, Stewart, Hamish, Samuel, and Cushla.

Desley's family are very grateful to the wonderful staff in the Donovan and Salisbury Wings at Rowena Jackson RV for their loving care and support to Desley and Peter over the last 17 months.

Desley chose to donate her body to the Anatomy Department at Otago University.

A private family memorial will be held, as per Desley's wishes.
